Teams will compete to guide a member through a VR escape room, solving clues outside the headset. Think of it as a VR crystal maze, where the real challenge lies in how participants adapt when they know each other’s behavioural inclinations. Will they flex to help the team win, manage others, or just fit in? Most importantly, will they take a more reflective approach back at work, choosing responses that lead to better outcomes?
