What’s valuably different about your business
3 hour WORKSHOpS
This is a three-hour workshop where we will provide more focus for your marketing communications, your brand message and what makes your business unique and valuably different.
The event is run by Rob Harrison and David Wilson, both with over 20 years each of design and marketing experience. Rob and David will guide you through a process that will enthuse you to think about how to develop branding messages for your business. This workshop is ideal for growing businesses or more established businesses that need to review how they communicate through their brand.
In a group no larger than six delegates we will take you through a process that gets the brain cells agitating about what makes you different from your competitors. It’s a relaxed session where we’ll discuss our ideas with other delegates to open our minds to new ideas and thinking. You’ll go away with a Workbook to take the thinking into your businesses and we’ll provide slides after the event as a reminder of what we discussed. The session is fun and relaxed. Refreshments and pastries are provided.
We’ll look at your ideal customer, your competitors, what your prospects see and what makes you different from your competitors.
After this session you’ll be fired up thinking about what is really different about your business and how that can be translated into effective marketing and communicated through your brand.
Who should attend:
Businesses that want to differentiate themselves from their competition but haven’t yet got a marketing proposition clear. Marketing managers who want to re-evaluate the approach they take.
A Glued creative workshop in progress
“A good opportunity to review me and my business. Some good areas exposed that I need to work on. And some reassurance that I’m on the right track. Realisation that I need to review this regularly, not just once a year – more likely quarterly. Great session – Thankyou.”
Rachel Wade, OptHR
“Engaging, thought provoking, interesting, insightful.’
Michaela Shaw, Profabaccess
“Very interesting. Well presented, and was relaxing and enjoyable. Slightly apprehensive at first, but enjoyed it a lot. I found the questions and exercises interesting and mainly quite difficult to answer. Much thought needed.”
Nick Martin, Imagineer Technologies
“Found the session very interesting and it has given me plenty of food for thought. I am a start-up and this will give me the focus to really think about my customers and competition ”
Sheila Passey, Passey Creative
“Great, informative session – extremely thought provoking. Honestly I will highly recommend. Great length of time too – not too long.”
Abigail Smith, Myton Hospice
“It was thought provoking. Combined networking with learning which was great. Given me lots to think about, changed my approach and focus – not trying to be all to everyone but knowing my unique service/skills.”
“Enjoyable morning. Interactive, engaging and thought provoking. The pacing was pretty good with helpful exercises. I feel as though we’ve done a lot of thinking along these lines before but something about the way the exercises were structured and the examples/explanations you gave helped me to think differently.”
