Teams Glued is virtual reality (VR) team-building program that combines behavioural profiling with an escape room challenge to help teams improve collaboration, productivity, and conflict resolution. The program groups participants based on personality styles and has them work together to solve a VR puzzle, which provides a safe space to practice adapting their behaviours and understanding their colleagues' perspectives.
