what is The Train Challenge?
It blends a VR escape room, team activities and behavioural insight. Teams guide one member through a VR escape room by solving clues outside the headset. Think of it as a VR crystal maze, where the real challenge is how people adapt when they know each other’s behavioural styles.
Will they flex to help the team win, manage others, or just fit in? And will they take a more reflective approach back at work?
