Purple Monster
seeing the wood.
1 story
their own, told at last, after years of telling other people’s.
the context
Purple Monster are experts in engaging people. Dedicated to the high standards of the corporate world, they had become so focused on the task that they risked not seeing the wood for the trees. The result was a cycle of feast and famine, with the stress that brings.
the challenge
To flatten that cycle with a consistent new-business programme. Work had always come through referrals, so Purple Monster had never needed to explain what it does, the techniques it uses or the results it gets. There was no strategy to identify, target and sell to ideal prospects.
what we did
Together we ran a programme of interviews, workshops and creative development to understand what Purple Monster does, and how and why it does it. We distilled that into a mission, vision and values that set Purple Monster apart from its competitors.
the results.
- clear view of the future, and the part everyone can play
- steady a path to stability and growth, beyond feast and famine
- renewed passion for what they do and how they do it
Purple Monster can now present its offer with confidence to existing and new markets.
There’s no doubt we have a clearer view of our future and the part we can all play. Now we need to share this new-found self-belief and confidence with our prospects and clients.
