Teams Glued helps individuals and teams learn how they think, communicate and respond to pressure, and how to adapt those behaviours to increase communication, collaboration and performance.
What is Teams Glued?
Teams Glued is a virtual reality (VR) individual and team development programme that combines behavioural preferences with an escape room challenge to help individuals and teams improve conflict resolution, collaboration and productivity. The programme groups participants based on personality preference and challenges them to work together to solve a VR puzzle in a competitive context. Teams Glued allows individuals to understand their own behavioural preferences and those of other participants. The programme provides a safe space in which participants can practice adapting their behaviours to dynamic effect as part of a competing team.

Together, David and Rob created Teams Glued to make meaningful individual and team development accessible, memorable and fun.
Rob Harrison
Rob brings deep behavioural insight and organisational experience, helping convert complex psychology into tools that make sense to real teams. His work centres on communication, team dynamics and performance.
David Wilson
David leads the development of practical, creative, insight‑driven tools that help people work better together. With years of experience in individual development and digital collaboration, he focuses on designing experiences that are simple, impactful and genuinely enjoyable.

Teams Glued specification
Specification
- Teams Glued can come to your office or any venue of your choice.
- A minimum of nine people need to take part for Teams Glued to run effectively.
- Programmes can be tailored to address particular organisational, cultural or personnel contexts.
- Each programme will be facilitated by behavioural and technical facilitators.
- Pods are made up of three to four people from your organisation, along with our VR headset and a set of training resources.
- Participants will leave with aide memoirs of the behavioural dynamics
- In-event and post-event surveys will be conducted and the anonymised results shared.
- Post event qualitative interviews or structured surveys over time can be commissioned.
- You’ll need a room with a clear space to allow your team to use the headset safely. While one person is in the headset the other three people in the pod need a space to work through the training resources and clues.
- For larger teams and pods please request pricing.
- Price excludes room hire (if you can't host), travel and expenses. Quotes can be provided on request.
